At HavenonGear™, we want every customer to love their order.
If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners through DSers, our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and safe for both you and our suppliers.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Free of damage or signs of wear

To start a return, contact us at support@havenongear.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and provide the return address and next steps if your return is approved.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Items returned without approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 days, check with your bank or card provider—processing times can vary.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or worn gym accessories (e.g., straps, wraps, or apparel)

  • Gift cards or sale items

  • Customized or limited edition products
